Terms of Service
These terms apply to the Meetapper app (hereinafter the “App") for mobile devices, created by KRYSTIAN DZIUK (hereinafter the “Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
By downloading or using the App, you automatically accept the following terms. We strongly recommend that you read and understand these terms carefully before you start using the App. Unauthorized copying and modification of the App, any part of it, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the App, to translate the App into other languages, or to create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider strives to make the App as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, it reserves the right to modify the App or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the App or its services will be clearly communicated.
The App stores and processes the personal data you have provided to the Service Provider in order to deliver the service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and your access to the App secure. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, that is, removing the software restrictions imposed by the device's official operating system. Such actions may expose your phone to malware, viruses, and other harmful programs, compromise your phone's security features, and result in the App not working properly or not working at all.
Please note that the App uses third-party services that have their own terms. Below are links to the terms of the third-party providers used by the App:
User content and rules of useYou are responsible for the content you publish or send within the App, including messages, photos, statuses, checks, and replies. It is prohibited to publish content that is unlawful, offensive, harassing, discriminatory, sexual or pornographic in nature, or that violates the privacy or rights of others, as well as to impersonate other people or use the App in a harmful manner.
We may remove content or restrict access to an account if it violates these Terms, the law, or the safety of other users. Users can report violations or problems at support@meetapper.com and, where such a feature is available, directly within the App.
Please note that the Service Provider is not responsible for certain aspects. Some of the App's features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile network). The Service Provider is not responsible if the App does not function fully due to a lack of Wi-Fi access or because you have used up your data allowance.
If you use the App outside the range of Wi-Fi, please remember that the terms of your agreement with your mobile network operator still apply. As a result, your operator may charge you for data usage while you are connected to the App, or other third-party charges may apply. By using the App, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming charges if you use the App outside your home area (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the person who pays the bills for the device on which you use the App, we assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Likewise, the Service Provider cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the App. For example, it is your responsibility to keep your device charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to use the service, the Service Provider is not responsible for that.
With regard to the Service Provider's responsibility for your use of the App, it should be noted that while it strives to keep the App up to date and accurate at all times, it relies on third parties to provide information that it then makes available to you. The Service Provider is not responsible for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying solely on this functionality of the App.
At some point, the Service Provider may wish to update the App. The requirements for the operating system (and for any additional systems to which it decides to extend the App's availability) may change, and in order to keep using the App you will need to download the updates. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the App so that it is useful to you and/or compatible with the version of the operating system installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the App when they are offered to you. The Service Provider may also stop providing the App and discontinue its operation at any time without notice. Unless it informs you otherwise, in the event of termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms expire; (b) you must stop using the App and (if necessary) delete it from your device.
Age and applicable lawThe App may be used by individuals who are at least 13 years old. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law apply.
Changes to these TermsThe Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. We therefore recommend that you review this page regularly for changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
These terms are effective as of 2026-06-10.
