Child Safety Standards
Meetapper maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This document describes our standards and the measures we take to prevent, detect, and respond to such content and behavior in the App.
Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAMAny content, behavior, or activity related to the sexual abuse or exploitation of children is strictly prohibited, including sharing, distributing, or promoting CSAM, grooming, sextortion, contacting minors for sexual purposes, and human trafficking. We treat violations with the utmost seriousness.
Age requirementsThe App is intended for people aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not create content or features aimed at children. If we learn that an account was created by a person who does not meet the age requirement, we will take appropriate action, including removing the account.
Prohibited content and behaviorThe following are strictly prohibited in the App:
- posting, uploading, or sharing CSAM or any content that sexualizes minors,
- grooming, soliciting, or manipulating minors for sexual purposes,
- coercing, threatening, or blackmailing anyone to obtain sexual content,
- contacting a minor in order to harm or exploit them,
- promoting, normalizing, or facilitating the exploitation of children in any form.
To protect our users, we apply the following measures:
- clear rules prohibiting CSAE and CSAM in our Terms of Service and in this document,
- in-app tools to report inappropriate content and users,
- the ability for any user to block other users,
- review of reports and removal of content that violates our rules,
- suspension or permanent removal of accounts that violate these standards.
If you notice content or behavior that endangers a child, report it immediately:
- directly in the App, using the "Report" feature on content, a message, or a user profile,
- by emailing support@meetapper.com.
We prioritize every child-safety report and review it without undue delay.
Cooperation with law enforcementWhen we detect material or activity related to the sexual abuse of children, we remove it and, in accordance with applicable law, report it to the relevant authorities and specialized organizations (for example law enforcement and organizations such as NCMEC). We cooperate with authorized authorities in their investigations.
Child safety point of contactOur designated point of contact for matters relating to CSAE and CSAM is available at support@meetapper.com. Both users and child-safety authorities and organizations may submit reports to this address.
Legal complianceWe act in accordance with applicable laws on combating child sexual abuse and exploitation and with Google Play's child safety standards policy. We may update these standards periodically, so we recommend reviewing this page regularly.
These standards are effective as of 2026-06-18.
